The issue was that the caching mechanism for the UUID to repository path
association tried to be too smart and ended up buggy. This removes the
parts that skip updating the UUIDs for already-in-cache repository
paths. This change makes updating the cache more expensive, but since
https://codeberg.org/forgejo-aneksajo/forgejo-aneksajo/pulls/65 is
merged it should be fast enough to be fine.

Previously pushing to a not-yet-initialized repository would not
properly initialize git-annex until the repository's page was visited. A
`git annex sync --content` also didn't immediately transfer data,
instead requiring a second invocation (after the workaround of visiting
the repo page).
Push-to-create was also broken with p2phttp because git-annex tried to
read the repositories config before pushing anything, got a 404, and set
`annex-ignore=true`. It then required a manual `git annex enableremote
origin` to get git-annex to use the remote.
This fixes these issues by:
1. making requests to a repository's config endpoint use the
push-to-create logic
2. initializing the repository for git-annex if a git-annex client makes
a request to the config endpoint
This brings the p2phttp behavior in line with ssh behavior, where `git
annex sync --content` issues a `git-annex-shell configlist` with
`autoinit=1`.

Previously, an external renderer that matched on an annexed file would
only see its content streamed via `STDIN`, or a temporary file with a copy
of its content would be generated and passed-by-filepath (with
`IS_INPUT_FILE=true`). Whether that happens, is also subject to
`MAX_DISPLAY_FILE_SIZE` (which defaults to 8MB).
This was problematic, because annexed files tend to be large. Moreover,
if present, they already exist as write-protected files on the
file-system. Creating a copy is both expensive and serves no particular
purpose.
This commit changes how external renderers are called.
1) With `IS_INPUT_FILE=true`, the renderer is passed the true location
of an annex key, if present, and an empty path, if not.
2) The original, repository-relative path of the rendering target is
made available to the renderer via the `GITEA_RELATIVE_PATH`
environment variable.
To achieve a lean implementation, the `Blob` of the rendering target
is passed on to the `RenderContext` (because the implementation of
the annex-related functionality is centered on this dtype.
This change makes it less costly to increase `MAX_DISPLAY_FILE_SIZE`,
in order to make large, annexed files eligible for markup rendering,
because no content copies will be made any longer.
External renderers can now use the original file path, with the full
original filename, including extensions, for decision making. For
example, to detect particular compression formats based in a file name
extension, or to alter the rendering based on contextual information
encoded in the file path (e.g., a multi-file data structure with a
particular organization pattern).
Apart from the additional environment variable, there is no change to
the handling of renderers that take their input via `STDIN` (i.e.,
`IS_INPUT_FILE=false`).

Previously, trying to view files that were annexed, but missing, just
led to an uninformative error 500. This was rather confusing.
With these changes it now shows the pointer target instead of the
(missing) content of the file, and also indicates this situation in the
"stored with git-annex" message. For semantic correctness views for
missing files return a 404 instead of a 200, as they would with the

This updates the repo index/file view endpoints so annex files match the way
LFS files are rendered, making annexed files accessible via the web instead of
being black boxes only accessible by git clone.
This mostly just duplicates the existing LFS logic. It doesn't try to combine itself
with the existing logic, to make merging with upstream easier. If upstream ever
decides to accept, I would like to try to merge the redundant logic.
The one bit that doesn't directly copy LFS is my choice to hide annex-symlinks.
LFS files are always _pointer files_ and therefore always render with the "file"
icon and no special label, but annex files come in two flavours: symlinks or
pointer files. I've conflated both kinds to try to give a consistent experience.
The tests in here ensure the correct download link (/media, from the last PR)
renders in both the toolbar and, if a binary file (like most annexed files will be),
in the main pane, but it also adds quite a bit of code to make sure text files
that happen to be annexed are dug out and rendered inline like LFS files are.
Previously, Gitea's LFS support allowed direct-downloads of LFS content,
via http://$HOSTNAME:$PORT/$USER/$REPO/media/branch/$BRANCH/$FILE
Expand that grace to git-annex too. Now /media should provide the
relevant *content* from the .git/annex/objects/ folder.
This adds tests too. And expands the tests to try symlink-based annexing,
since /media implicitly supports both that and pointer-file-based annexing.
Usage of `path` was replaced by `path/filepath` in upstream forgejo, and
it made sense to use that as well where `path` was previously used. The
`setHeaderCacheForever` function and the `sendFile` method had their
signature changed.
This makes HTTP symmetric with SSH clone URLs.
This gives us the fancy feature of _anonymous_ downloads,
so people can access datasets without having to set up an
account or manage ssh keys.
Previously, to access "open access" data shared this way,
users would need to:
1. Create an account on gitea.example.com
2. Create ssh keys
3. Upload ssh keys (and make sure to find and upload the correct file)
4. `git clone git@gitea.example.com:user/dataset.git`
5. `cd dataset`
6. `git annex get`
This cuts that down to just the last three steps:
1. `git clone https://gitea.example.com/user/dataset.git`
2. `cd dataset`
3. `git annex get`
This is significantly simpler for downstream users, especially for those
unfamiliar with the command line.
Unfortunately there's no uploading. While git-annex supports uploading
over HTTP to S3 and some other special remotes, it seems to fail on a
_plain_ HTTP remote. See https://github.com/neuropoly/gitea/issues/7
and https://git-annex.branchable.com/forum/HTTP_uploads/#comment-ce28adc128fdefe4c4c49628174d9b92.
This is not a major loss since no one wants uploading to be anonymous anyway.
To support private repos, I had to hunt down and patch a secret extra security
corner that Gitea only applies to HTTP for some reason (services/auth/basic.go).
This was guided by https://git-annex.branchable.com/tips/setup_a_public_repository_on_a_web_site/

The issue was caused by having exactly 20 lines of text between two diff sections, which is `BlobExcerptChunkSize`. The previous diff section ends at 530, the next diff section starts at 551, leaving 20 hidden lines. This triggered an off-by-one error in determining whether a synthetic section should be added to the render to include a new expander; it was falsely being triggered when it shouldn't have been.
Mostly correct logic was already present in `GetExpandDirection`, so I changed the `ExcerptBlob` web rendering to use `GetExpandDirection` on whether to include the synthetic section. Then I covered `GetExpandDirection` with unit tests covering all boundary conditions, which discovered one other minor bug -- the case where exactly `BlobExcerptChunkSize` is hidden between two diff sections should never have displayed an "Up" and "Down" expansion, but just a single expander (as below).

Note that *technically* the `ExcerptBlob` change is not covered by any new tests... but the relevant logic has been moved to somewhere more easily testable and fully covered. If this isn't covered enough for tests, let me know.

## Motivation
The GLTF (`.gltf`, `.glb`) 3D model format is very popular for game development and visual productions.
For an indie game studio, it would be convenient for a team to view textured 3D models directly from the Forgejo interface (otherwise they need to be downloaded and opened). [Perforce](https://www.perforce.com/products/helix-dam), [Diversion](https://www.diversion.dev/), and GitHub all have this capability to differing extents.
Some discussion on 3D file support here: https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/5188
## Changes
Adds a model viewer similar to [GitHub STL viewer](https://github.com/assimp/assimp/blob/master/test/models/STL/Spider_ascii.stl) for `.glb` model files, and lays some groundwork to support future files. Uses the [model-viewer](https://modelviewer.dev/) library by Google and three.js. The model viewer is interactive and can be rotated and scaled.

## How to Test
1) Create a new repository or use an existing one.
2) Upload a `.glb` file such as `tests/testdata/data/viewer/Unicode❤♻Test.glb` (CC0 1.0 Universal)
3) View the file in the repository.
- Similar to image files, the 3D model should be rendered in a viewer.
- Use mouse clicks to turn and zoom.
## Licenses
Libraries used for this change include three.js and @google/model-viewer, which are MIT and Apache-2.0 licenses respectively. Both of these are compatible with Forgejo's GPL3.0 license.
## Future Plans
1) `.gltf` was not attempted because it is a multiple file format, referencing other files in the same directory. Still need to experiment with this to see if it can work. `.glb` is a single file containing a `.gltf` and all of its other file/texture dependencies so was easier to implement.
2) The PR diff still shows the model as an unviewable bin file, but clicking the "View File" button takes you to a view screen where this model viewer is used. It would be nice to view the before and after of the model in two side-by-side model viewers, akin to reviewing a change in an image.
3) Also inserted stubs for adding contexts for GLTF, STL, OBJ, and 3MF. These ultimately don't do anything yet as only `.glb` files can be detected by the type sniffer of all of these.

- When showing a single commit in the "Files changed" tab, the commit header containing commit message and metadata is displayed
- I dropped the existing buttons, since they make less sense to me in the PR context
- The SHA links to the separate, dedicated commit view
- "Previous"/"Next" buttons have been added to that header to allow stepping through commits
- Reviews can be submitted in "single commit" view
Talking points:
- The "Showing only changes from" banner made sense when that view was limited (e.g. review submit was disabled). Now that it's on par with the "all commits" view, and visually distinct due to the commit header, this banner could potentially be dropped.

See https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/4801#issuecomment-5094525 and #8152 for more context.
The current implementation is limited to self-hosted actions and buggy as soon as multiple repos are involved, like for the homepage (because each permission must be fetched individually).
Ideally this feature should work for all kind of status (with some setting indicating which collaborator can access with status). Probably inside the `git_model.ParseCommitsWithStatus` function.

- Password hashing can take a measurable amount of time, make this more visible in the trace by capturing the computations done in the password hash in their own region.
- Ref: forgejo/forgejo#6470
## Screenshot

The upper part are where the tasks are shown (and nothing else). The bottom part is where the interesting execution tracing happens and the part where the user password hashing happens is now properly indicated/highlighted and does not need to be inferred by looking at the stack traces.

- Disable cron jobs that are not important to be run during integration tests and might even interfere.
- Avoid sleeping unnecessary, if there's some requirement then sleep or retry until that requirement is met.
- Avoid trying to deliver webhooks that will always result in a failure.

- I was not able to find a reasoning in the pull request (https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/9784) for the existence of this `time.Sleep`. The best I could come up with during manual testing is that there's a brief moment where 'this pull request is missing fork information' is shown, this was caused by an incorrect condition.
- Added integration test.

Followup to https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/2364
Replaces https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/7666
Fix multiple issues with the original implementation:
* `SyncFork` web handler used `{branch}` as a parameter, so it failed for branches with `/` in names
* Originally I switched it to use `*` like other branch web handlers, but I found that it was easier to move it out from URL to POST request values
* Security: `SyncFork` web handler was using GET method, so just visiting the link was enough to execute the action
* It was switched to POST done via form with CSRF, which also allowed to put branch name in it's values
* Security: in template, branch name was not escaped but rendered with `SafeHTML`, allowing for rendering fun characters like `&` and for script execution. Also the link was not escaped correctly and would be leading to 404
* To avoid having to change all translations, only the branch name+link part was changed and is now escaped with `HTMLFormat` before being passed to TrN
