Previously, trying to view files that were annexed, but missing, just led to an uninformative error 500. This was rather confusing. With these changes it now shows the pointer target instead of the (missing) content of the file, and also indicates this situation in the "stored with git-annex" message. For semantic correctness views for missing files return a 404 instead of a 200, as they would with the content present. Fixes #7, fixes #13.
